Heat Treat

The Heat Treat module allows the user to build loads for the furnaces and verifies that only compatible parts are put together in a load. This ensures that a part will be heat treated at the correct temperature and time. The results of the Heat Treating processes may be automatically loaded or manually entered. The results are checked to ensure they adhere to the specifications setup in the Quality Requirements. If the quality check fails the part is immediately blocked until a quality sign-off is obtained. The part is stopped before additional production costs are incurred against it.
