Costing
A Manufacturing Route Sheet is automatically created as a result of costing. Castit lets the user know the cost of a casting at each step of the process. This also allows the tracking of the cost of scrap.
Costing information is only entered once since is initially populated with required information from the Quality Requirements system.
Manufacturing Route Sheet includes:
- All operations - required operations are automatically loaded from the Quality Requirements
- Purchased Material
- Subcontract Operations
The costing information is easily accessible and instantly available for supervisors, managers and scheduling department.
